Leading decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol Uniswap has introduced a <a href="https://gov.uniswap.org/t/making-protocol-fees-operational/21198" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">governance proposal </a>to implement a protocol fee at 1/5th of the pool fee.
