ICON

We are thrilled to announce that we have reached a major CMC milestone by hitting 20,000 followers here on the platform. Our engagement with CoinMarketCap Community has already played a key part in reaching a lot more ICON enthusiasts, investors, and developers!

Discovering the CoinMarketCap platform

We started actively posting on CoinMarketCap Community in late 2022, which has allowed us to share our latest developments and engage with the wider blockchain community. Blockchain Transmission Protocol (BTP) and xCall service are ICON's main protocol and interoperability solution that support cross-chain token swaps as well as more generic messaging features like cross-chain smart contract calls. Check out the ICON Network Articles section and find the recent ICON 2022 Recap & 2023 Outlook announcement, which shares reflections on the past year and details regarding our strategic focus for 2023.

To further incentivize community engagement, we ran a "Join CoinMarketCap Campaign". The campaign encouraged more people to engage with our content on the CoinMarketCap Community platform, whereby lucky participants got a change to win 100 ICX every week. A great opportunity to join ICON as it aims to connect all blockchains and communities with the latest interoperability tech!
