<p>In this week’s update, we’ll explore the Cherish Outreach Initiative, as well as some of our Community Building efforts so far. We hope it will help to provide an insight into how Cherish seeks to build connections with Creators of all types around the world, big or small.</p><h2 id="header-0">Creator Outreach 🧑‍🎨</h2><p>Over the past number of months, the Cherish Outreach Initiative has played a crucial role in the transformation of Cherish from an idea into a soon-to-be fully functioning platform, and more importantly, a vibrant, dynamic and exciting creative community.</p><p>Our outreach team, consisting of Cherish team members and Community Ambassadors with backgrounds in both the crypto and art worlds, has worked tirelessly to spread the word about Cherish, reaching thousands of Creators in the process.</p><h2 id="header-1">Hitting the Ground Running 🏃‍♀️</h2><p>One key aspect that sets the initiative apart is that from the very start, the team has taken a <strong>personal</strong> and hands-on approach to outreach. Rather than relying solely on mass-marketing, this strategy has allowed us to build invaluable human connections and gain a much deeper insight into the needs and expectations of platform users. Their feedback and input has been a vital contribution to the development of the platform.</p><p>Another equally important aspect is that the initiative is <strong>proactive</strong>. By establishing relationships with Creators early on and before the official launch of the platform, we are laying the foundations needed for a thriving and supportive network of Creators to flourish. Accordingly, when Cherish goes live, we will already have a wide range of Creators and content ready to interact with on the platform.</p><h2 id="header-2">Featured Creators 🖼️</h2><p>The fruits of the Cherish Outreach Initiative can be most visibly seen on our <a href="https://www.cherish.cx/featured-creator" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Featured Creators</a> page, where a number of our already-onboarded artists, selected to represent a diverse range of creative disciplines and styles, are showcased. This page thus serves to provide a glimpse of what users can expect to see when the platform goes live.</p><p>This has been expanded upon by our Creator Interview initiative, in which Featured Creators are given an opportunity to share their insights on art and social media. Although each experience is unique, one clear trend we have seen across the board is a marked disaffection and frustration with mainstream platforms, and with it the need for a freer and fairer alternative.</p><h2 id="header-3">Post-launch 🎉</h2><p>Rather than slowing down, we have plans to even further ramp up our Outreach and Community efforts in the immediate post-launch period. Without giving too much away, this will take several forms; with our usual outreach efforts being supplemented with targeted advertisements, referral schemes and various community events to name a few, all designed to generate interest and attract new talent to the platform.</p><p>In addition to reaching out to individual Creators, we will also be expanding our collaboration with art societies, galleries and other related organizations, as well as with our Cherry Ecosystem partners such as <a href="https://originalfactory.io/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">OriginalFactory</a>, whom we would like to congratulate on their successful launch earlier this month!</p><h2 id="header-4">What to expect in our next update:</h2><p>In our next update, we will showcase some of the creators that have already joined Cherish and are eagerly awaiting launch.</p><p><strong>We think you’ll really like what we’re building 🌸</strong></p>
