We receive inquiries from individual $LEAN holders about the possibility of $LEAN listing on more significant exchanges than DexTrade or DigiFinex. These are elements that would certainly be very positive for the project but are not possible to implement with the current distribution of tokens. This is because burning tokens according to the currently adopted scheme does not leave us free funds for the above-mentioned initiatives. To meet expectations, we would like to ask you - the $LEAN community - whether we are ready to change the strategy, without changing the vision for the project? We have prepared a survey for our community, in which we want to ask you if you are ok with allocating a part of the Job Placement and Community Wallet for potential development of the project (financial institutions, large cryptocurrency exchanges etc.)? <a href="https://leancommunity.org/lean-voting/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Please vote for the future of Lean Management Token here</a>Our proposal is as follows: <ul><li>400,000 $LEAN would be transferred to a decentralized Burning Smart Contract that would burn tokens at a rate of 5% of the wallet content per month (compering to current 2.5%) and would be beyond the control of the Lean Community team</li><li>all Marketplace revenues as well as tokens purchased as part of Buybacks would feed into decentralized Burning Smart Contract increasing the number of $LEAN burned </li><li>resignation from salary payment to the LEAN team (currently it is 0.5% per month from the content of Job Placement and Community Wallet) </li><li>use of the remaining tokens in the Job Placement and Community wallet only for project development purposes - financial institutions, cryptocurrency exchanges, etc. </li><li>if funds from Job Placement and Community Wallet are not used, additional burning events would be performed from these funds related to transferring them to Burning Smart Contract. </li></ul>With the implementation of the Burning Smart Contract, as of today, the real maximum supply would be slightly over $2,100,000 LEAN. With our activity and additional burns, it would be fully realistic to go below 2,000,000 LEAN as the maximum supply. The implementation of this proposal requires the acceptance of our community, as well as the preparation of an attachment to the White Paper and the preparation of the Burning Smart Contract by our blockchain developers. This is certainly a change of strategy, but not a change of vision. If we want $LEAN to reach a higher level of development, a change of strategy seems inevitable. But let the community decide.
