<h2 id="header-0">Wanaka Farm Economics Vision </h2><p>In Wanaka Farm we believe that Play and Earn business model has a strong value proposition to stakeholders and most importantly the game users itself. It’s a business model that embraces the concept of an open economy and provides financial benefits to all players who add value by contributing to the game ecosystem.</p><p>Giving players the ownership over in-game assets and allowing them to increase their value by actively playing the game are key components of the play and earn business model that we are implementing in Wanaka Farm. By participating in the in-game economy, players are creating value for themselves and for other players. That’s why we think the play-to-earn business model goes very well together with blockchain games.</p><h2 id="header-1">How Wanaka Farm economy works</h2><p>Unlike some other games where players have to compete with others, Wanaka Farm core value is based on collaboration between users.</p><p>Contrasting the majority of NFT games that only focus in Play-to-earn model, Wanaka Farm and players build together a relaxing atmosphere to create an economic balance. In this model, players will immerse themselves in the role of a happy farmer by cultivating lands, crop farming, breeding pets, and decorating their own virtual land. From then, each participant will contribute to building a whole metaverse combining multiple unique customized farms.</p><p>Players can complete quests, trade seeds, ingredients, products, pet eggs, and actively participate in the Wanaka Farm economy. </p><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/51e1f4e778914e98a1ed41f5e17a9750.png" /><p>The individual characteristics of the lands and the requirements of some seeds mean that not all players can cultivate all the types of seeds possible, this makes it necessary for them to access the internal market of the game to buy the products and ingredients necessary to complete the Quests and earn rewards.</p><p>This impossibility of cultivating all types of seeds is not something negative, on the contrary it encourages trade between players, crop production and collaboration.</p><h2 id="header-2">$WANA the Governance token</h2><p>$WANA token is a BEP-20 Binance Smart Chain token. $WANA token is the native currency in Wanaka Farm. There is a max total supply of 500M $WANA. Voters will also receive rewards for their contribution to the development of Wanaka.</p><h2 id="header-3">$WAI the reward token</h2><p>$WAI token is a BEP-20 Binance Smart Chain token. $WAI token is the reward currency in WANAKA Farm.
