Consider the journey you have been on so far and what has led you to this moment. Why has there not been previous similar efforts and what is it about the market that makes this the right time to strike.</p><p>Industry trends are important here, but more than that it is your ability to position yourself as primed to impact Web3.</p><h3 id="strong-market-size-competition-strong"><strong>Market Size &amp; Competition</strong></h3><p>We can consider market size here and think a little more about your target audience. Are you looking to tussle for market share with particular projects? What are you offering that will equip you with the means to acquire a healthy market share? These are questions you must be clear on as you continue to work on and grow your exciting project.</p><p>Consider your direct and indirect competitors here. Think of the business models that have performed well and offer a framework as to how you will be able to combat these competitors. This is about your ability to know your competitor and distinguish yourself.</p><h3 id="strong-sustainable-business-model-strong"><strong>Sustainable Business Model</strong></h3><p>How exactly do you intend to grow and make money? Think of the different avenues that you are exploring and point out how they will be sustainable into the future. Including key metrics here such as current userbase and prospective TVL potential will be important.</p><h3 id="strong-team-strong"><strong>Team</strong></h3><p>While there is no ‘I’ in team there are certainly a lot of eyes on your team. The people you have around your project are some of the most important indicators for prospective investors. Consider why the team you have put together is exactly what is needed to help your project thrive.</p><p>You will want to highlight specific skill sets and experiences here that distinguish the strength of your particular team.
