We know, it’s quite a lot to take at once, so we came up with a release schedule for you to have time to get familiar with the given features. However, the first version that you are going to see on Friday will have just enough features to get confused easily without prior knowledge. Different sections of the website will be for audiences with different interests; mainly for gamers, eSports industry participants, and networkers.</p><p></p><p></p><h2 id="header-1">FOR GAMERS</h2><h3 id="profile-pages-and-reward-system">Profile pages and reward system</h3><p>The entirely redesigned profile page is going to be your second home. You can customize it by adding a profile picture and banner image, a short description, your nationality and socials to be easily approachable by fellow players. <strong>Connecting your gaming accounts</strong> are not only necessary for tracking your performance and collecting statistics, but it’s essential for participating in given tournaments. This page is also a place to check on your friends, teams, and followed pages under the Community tab. Under the Tournaments tab, you can see your previous and upcoming tournaments and challenge games.</p><p><img src="https://miro.medium.com/max/875/1*v-r0Z1YZOSeddshYm1ToxQ.png" /></p><p>The <strong>Quest page</strong> is probably the one you will visit the most. Why? You can level up your MetaPlayers profile by completing different tasks daily and be rewarded at every step. To get acquainted, at the beginning only basic Social Quests will be available but completing these will be enough to start collecting the most important items of the MetaPlayers Universe. M-ergy, MetaGold, tournament tickets and XP boosters. Social Quests will be only responsible for a small amount of collectible XP, the soon arriving Gaming Quests will be most effective for leveling up and farming rewards</p><p><img src="https://miro.medium.com/max/875/1*zcczG1wTof5HMbJ6pRnLiw.png" /></p><blockquote><em><strong>FYI: </strong>When registering on metaplayers.gg, we’re automatically creating your EsportManager profile too — all updates will be almost instantly mirrored here. Besides a tournament page where you can join or later create tournaments, you can filter the gaming content of MPGG by games listing all the tournaments, teams, content creators and streams featured on the site. As some of you already know our business partners will have different options to showcase their tournaments, best moments and many more. These profiles can’t be added as friends, but can be followed to keep up with their activity. As on any social site they can create posts with text and media that can be seen on their profile and in our Feed, where currently only posts of pages you follow will show. Brands can also display their sponsored content creators on their page and vice versa.
