It has been a New York Times best seller for more than six years. More than 32 million copies of the book have been sold worldwide in more than 51 different languages.</p><p>The author of Rich Dad Poor Dad stated in a tweet that he buys bitcoin because pension funds do the same. He quoted a Forbes article with the heading "Your State Pension Is Now Betting On Cryptocurrency" that contained a poll indicating that 94% of American state and local government pensions are investing in cryptocurrencies.</p><p>The survey is a part of the most recent Investor Trust Study, which was published in April by the CFA Institute, a global network of investment professionals. Two-thirds of institutional investors reported that they currently invest in cryptocurrencies, which indicates that this practise is becoming increasingly common. Government-sponsored pension plans are also the ones that are most likely to invest in cryptocurrencies.</p><p>In another tweet, Kiyosaki discussed the justification for his recommendation to purchase gold, silver, and bitcoin. The eminent scholar stated that the pension problem demonstrated central banks' failure to keep inflation under control. Despite previously investing in gold and silver, he said that pension funds are now also doing the same with bitcoin.</p><p>The Bank of England informed legislators that many pension funds were only hours away from collapsing when it made the decision to interfere in the British bond market last week in response to a massive sell-off of U.K. government bonds.</p><p>In his tweet, Kiyosaki stated that "fake currency, stocks, and bonds are toast," and that pension funds are aware of this. Recently, the well-known author urged investors to put their money in "real money," citing gold, silver, and bitcoin, and issued a dire warning that the end of fake money is at hand.</p><p>The renowned author has long recommended acquiring bitcoin in addition to gold and silver. Last month, he advised investors to buy cryptocurrency before the biggest drop in history. He said he was waiting for bitcoin to test the $1,100 level in June.</p><p>Last week, he projected that as long as the Federal Reserve kept raising interest rates, there would be opportunities to purchase gold, silver, and bitcoin. He also predicted that the US dollar would depreciate by January of the following year.</p>
