The team behind Virtue alliance who are on this AMA is myself and Daniel who are the founders along with Samy and PD who are the lead developers and Beau who is the operations lead. Our experience across several different industries including Software as a service, Adtech, web3 gaming and back-end development has allowed us to understand why guilds can become much more than a community of players and managers as well as early investors into crypto — 2013, 14</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:Thank you for the introduction!Can you introduce us to Virtue DAO and what is the idea behind creating such a great project?<blockquote>daniel: sure thing. Virtue Alliance has 2 core concepts, one is obviously our gaming guild which provides players the ability to play and experience the most anticipated games in web3. The second and most important is the infrastructure being built to support this and future expansions under VA. Guilds currently rely heavily on manual processes, which Virtue Alliance is removing with an automated On and off ramp payment system, NFT bank for players and managers and training content that is recommended based on the insights and analytics being tracked based on the players performance. All of this is tracked within our analytics and insights module. On top of this, tournaments will be hosted with the platform to earn not just currency, but tangible experiences and items. There are also some other cool features like quest lines that we’ll be building in to keep people engaged across all of our partnered games and as well as tools to help gamers, investors and NFT collectors get better data insights into various titles.</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:&#39;Quite details &#x1f440;&#x1f440;Thanks for your explanation!Moving to my next QuestionCan you tell us about $VA? What are the use-cases for $VA? When is the TGE planned for $VA? Will $VA have governance and staking features?<blockquote>PD: let me answer this one</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:Sure!<blockquote>PD: We have a private token launching Q4 of this year which will be $VA. Holders of the token will have voting rights for proposals we put forward, which will help guide us into what games the community would like to be a part of. We’ll also be releasing staking features into the platform to help provide a stable income but also using the token to get access into exclusive tournaments and events. For other guilds and players who don’t want to be part of the guild, they’ll be able to purchase the token and use it to access various parts of the platform via a subscription-like model. You can obviously buy the token but there’s also a couple of ways to earn it- participating in the ecosystem as a player or manager; completing daily quest and earning achievements which we’re building into the platform; staking your tokens to earn more; winning virtue tournaments; and participating in various community engagements.</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:That’s really awesome!My next question is…The slogan for Virtue DAO is “Together, We win”. So, How can we achieve this in Virtue DAO?<blockquote>daniel: We decided on Virtue alliance as we believe everyone using the platform shares a common goal and wants to aim for the highest possible standard. This would be accomplished via the technology we’re offering within the platform — especially when incorporating our analytics, automated payment methods and the unique NFT bank / marketplace. Essentially, we want to create an end-to-end platform that makes its easy for our current player base, future player base and even targeting web2 audiences as well. We want to be a Guild for Guilds; competition is always good — but considering we are so early in this industry; I believe we can move forward and advance web3 / p2e more effectively — if we work together; this even means other guilds.</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:Sounds good.How can we get involved as a scholar and DAO member?<blockquote>beau: Right now, the best place to go is our social channels and especially Discord if you’re looking to join VA as a scholar or manager. Start engaging with the community and our current managers. Once the platform is open, you’ll be able to onboard into a team immediately from signup and have a manager assigned right away. From there, you can start selecting NFTs and playing. P2E concept is currently a trend among many blockchain-based game projects. Could you please list some prominent features that make $VA game ahead of other competitors? On the way of development, are there any challenges you overcame to achieve your ultimate goals?<blockquote>Zac P: As many of you know, while being a niche in crypto that has grabbed major investor attention, the P2E gaming model has been subject to major volatility along with the rest of the crypto market. Overcoming this hurdle has definitely been a significant one as the roots of VA are in being a P2E guild. In your social network you will be able to use NFTs but I don’t understand what utilities they would have and their role in the ecosystem. So, can you describe what are the utilities that these NFTs will have and why it would be necessary for a user in your social network?<blockquote>beau: We’re currently still internally deciding on the use of evolving NFT’s as part of our questline and user levelling system. Our main goal in VA is the enrichment of our players experience, with that thought in mind we expanded our platform to include gamified components that rewards our users the more they play and the more they achieve within the platform. Regardless of if we use an NFT for it or having it tied to your user account / wallet, we plan on delivering these utilities to enrich the experience our players.</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:3. Virtual Alliance claims to be a DAO to empower gamers. My question is, what are the tools they have developed for metaverse players to reach their peak performance? Compared to other DAOs, what unique benefits will Virtual Alliance DAO provide to its players?<blockquote>sam s: We’ll be first starting with education on P2E games, along with training content to increase your knowledge on particular games. This will help increase a players potential, this can be done via insights that are pulled from top players coming into our platform and tailored content being created from Esports players. Our next step is to have content that can be accessed via the platform to help the community understand things like gaming tokenomics and how they work. As for one of our unique benefits — we’ll be collecting comprehensive data on each P2E title integrated with the VA ecosystem and our goal is to allow users of our platform to draw insights from them, they otherwise wouldn’t be able to. The idea here is to combine, compare and chart data coming from different titles and compare or aggregate key performance metrics.</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:4. What strategy will you implement to bring non-crypto-natives into your ecosystem? How do you keep a balance between developing the technology and also improving the value of your token?<blockquote>PD: To bring web2 gamers into the market and onto our platform, we need to make the onboarding process as simple as possible and give them a choice whether they want to signup and login via traditional methods like email or use web3 based wallets. We also need to only partner quality games that are able to compete against the traditional web2 games — and ensure the money they earn while playing is safe and not affected by market conditions. The balance between development and value can be tricky but we believe in development first — by developing a strong product and ensuring the tokenomics is favorable to the consumer, the value will grow naturally.</blockquote>Paul Crypto Verse:5. What is the ultimate vision that #VirtueDAO is trying to achieve within the cryptocurrencies market? Obviously the whole space will experience huge growth in the upcoming years, but what role would you like your project to play in this?<blockquote>daniel: We’d ultimately like to be the one place for players to go to experience web3 games and the main platform to host tournaments for Esports players to compete in and their fans to support them. We want to ultimately make some of our scholars into players by investing in them; giving them the opportunity to go out and actually play and earn. On top of this, a place for investors, gamers and NFT collectors to go and visualize data and insights into what games are engaging with their users and growing across the various chains, which NFTs are profitable and trending and which games are most profitable at various times of the day. We know the founder and team there; who will assist us when we need to audit :-)</blockquote>Question 3:VirtueDAO has entered into partnership with companies like AmonicaBrands and ForumPay. How has this partnership helped in the long-term development of the project so far? Do you plan to go into more partnerships?<blockquote>Team Virtue: There are more partnerships we haven’t revealed and will slowly be teasing them out over time; we also in discussions with many companies in the background that will either benefit our infrastructure or boost the games we want to enter. However, we are quite picky with our partnerships as we only want the best / high quality.</blockquote>Question 4:We can exchange coins with the help of the Fiat system.Can you tell us about this feature and Are the players having the P2P option to exchange their tokens with each other? What are the various ways to earn $VA token?<blockquote>Team Virtue: Yes, we have a partnership already with Forumpay that will allow users to convert earnings into fiat and vise versa. You will be able to earn VA tokens by completing quests and earning achievements within the platform as well as staking</blockquote>Question 4: How many team members do you have? Do they have enough experience in the blockchain field? Do they have any experience on working in crypto and non-crypto project?<blockquote>Team Virtue: We are currently a team of 7; with contracts — some of us have over 7 years of experience in the field of crypto; may it been through investing, building or consulting.
