If your efforts result in a significant boost for Swash, your rewards and rank will rise over time.Examples: creating/managing local communities, high-quality and original content and creatives to drive engagement, utilising your platform and connections to promote Swash.<h3 id="3-length">#3) Length:</h3>Ambassadors that consistently contribute effective inputs for months, quarters and years will receive more rewards and higher ranking.What’s more, Ambassadors who add value and are on board for the long haul will be the first to be considered for full-time roles as core contributors.*Details on how each of the above criteria are measured will be shared with selected ambassadors.<h3 id="swash-ambassador-rankings">⚔️ Swash ambassador rankings</h3>Depending on your involvement and impact as a Swash ambassador, you will receive a different rank:<h3 id="x1f5fa-first-mate">&#x1f5fa; First Mate:</h3>New ambassadors, regular contributors, low impact — 2,000 SWASH<h3 id="x1f3f4-gunner">&#x1f3f4;‍☠️ Gunner:</h3>Original content designers with an in-depth understanding of the project, 6 months experience as a frequent contributor with moderate impact — 3,000 SWASH<h3 id="sailing-master">⛵️ Sailing Master:</h3>Performs activities of First Mate and Gunner &#43; 12 months track record with high impact — 4,000 SWASH<h3 id="x1f93a-captain">&#x1f93a; Captain:</h3>Attains Sailing Master; leads by example, including onboarding and guiding other ambassadors — 5,000 SWASHAdditional monthly rewards are available for the Swash Ambassador of the Month.Note to Captains: Swash &#x1f49a; to hire from within.<h3 id="x1f3af-qualities-of-a-worthy-ambassador">&#x1f3af; Qualities of a worthy ambassador</h3><img src="https://miro.medium.com/max/1400/0*QPZsBHGhVsGNmPUY.png" />Ideal Swash ambassadors lead by example, typically with the following traits:<ul><li>Community mindset</li><li>Creative and curious</li><li>Self-starter and ambitious</li><li>Relationship builder</li><li>Resilient and positive</li><li>Culture creator</li><li>Swash nerd!</li></ul><h3 id="x1f310-list-of-skills-and-impact-areas">&#x1f310; List of skills and impact areas</h3>Note: You are not limited to this list and any skill and input by ambassadors is welcome. You can always bring your unique superpowers and perspectives even if they aren’t listed here.Social media engagement — Like, retweet, comment, share, post, discuss, engage with popular accounts, shill, upvote, clap, tags, and more!Growth hacking — Unlock new audiences for Swash. Create excitement about the project in innovative ways. Identify and discover opportunities for Swash market expansion.Design and media — Create videos, memes, infographics, GIFs, summaries, stickers, and other creative assets.Connections — Including connections to media, trading communities, influencers, partners, and any other useful resources.Content — Write short and long format posts about Swash, reviews, articles, thought leadership pieces, testimonials and other forms of original content.Translate — Swash updates and messages to share with your local community.Community management — Moderate Swash’s unofficial regional channels and groups in your native language (or another you are fluent in)Events — Speak about Swash at events and online streams or even host one!Do you have other ideas, skills, or ways you would like to contribute?
