It informed the court that their brief had been submitted. They were, however, the same ones that were included as an exhibit in the earlier motion in the Ripple action.In the briefs, Digital Chamber has stated that encouraging regularity, certainty, and compliance is of interest to it. The company frequently submits briefs as an amicus curiae in issues that are of relevance to the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. It stated specifically that it seeks vast interests with innovative legal questions.What is the case&#39;s goal for Chamber?Briefs state that Chamber requests a number of considerations from the court when the Ripple Lawsuit ruling is submitted. It requests a well-established legal standard that may be used to decide whether an ICO qualifies as an investment contract. When an investment contract constitutes a security in and of itself, the court must rule.Prior to this, John Deaton, an amicus curiae in the Ripple action, alluded to the SEC&#39;s position that sales made through offshore exchanges fall within its purview.Filan added that the court had approved the motions to seal made by both parties. Third parties must now submit any motions to seal by December 9 of 2022. In the Ripple litigation, any response to those motions must be submitted by December 22, 2022.
