<p>Mones&#39; character system is up to more than 200&#43; heroes with a variety of attributes and skills.</p><p>Collecting a suitable hero is not enough.</p><p>It is through the journey you grow and strengthen your heroes that make them more mighty on the battlefield and win over your opponents.</p><h2 id="header-0">What attributes in a Hero can be strengthened?</h2><p>5 ways to strengthen your heroesEach hero has in them fixed and unchangeable attributes such as rarity and elemental. However, besides that, a hero also has attributes that can be developed, which are:</p><ul><li>Star: All Heroes in the game when coming in 1 - 5 stars, known as their basic star level. Heroes with higher basic star levels are rarer and hence receive more Stat growth when evolving. All Heroes can evolve to the maximum limit of 6 stars.</li><li>Level: Level is another Hero growth metric in the game. Heroes can be leveled up using XP found in Adventure mode. A hero&#39;s max level is 30. After they evolve to the next star, their level will reset to 1. A hero can max level up to lv.40 through Transcend.</li><li>Stats (ATT, DEF, MAG, HP, etc.): A hero has 5 primary stats and several other stats. The stats determine the hero&#39;s ability on the battlefield. The 5 primary stats are:</li></ul><p>Health Point (HP): Hero dies when HP becomes 0.</p><p>Attack (ATT): Power related to physical damage</p><p>Magical Defense (MAG): Power related to magical damage</p><p>Defense (DEF): Reduces physical DMG.</p><p>Resistance (RES): Reduces magical DMG.</p><h2 id="header-1">5 ways to strengthen your heroes</h2><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/41f7274495a04ac985d6af06d3dd5e9a.png" /><h3 id="level-up">Level up</h3><p>You can raise the level of a hero by consuming the experience points obtained from adventures, and other heroes as materials.</p><p><em><strong>To level up your heroes by obtaining EXP from Adventure</strong></em>, simply let the hero you want to grow to join the troop and send the troop to the Adventure stages.</p><p>You can utilize the Auto repeat feature as heroes can gain EXP from the same Adventure stage over and over again.</p><p>However, this way of growing heroes costs great time and stamina, especially when the heroes are at a high star and high levels.</p><p>To level up your heroes by consuming other heroes, you need to have a few heroes in stock. When you level up a hero, the EXP points of the consumed heroes will transfer to the hero. This method saves time but it costs other heroes. Make sure you make use of the Honor Summon features to get free heroes every day.</p><blockquote><strong>&#x1f4cc; Find instructions on Level up here: </strong>https://whitepaper.mones.io/gameplay/hero-growth/level-up</blockquote><h3 id="enhance">Enhance</h3><p>Enhance heroes’ stats up to &#43;5 levels by consuming other heroes as enhancement materials.</p><p>Ravi is the special enhancement material as it gives 5 times more EXP than other heroes of the same star &amp; level.</p><p>Try to collect more Ravi in Twin Towers and Adventure (at map 4, stage 1-10 of Chapter 1, 2, and 3).</p><blockquote><strong>&#x1f4cc; Find instructions on Enhance here: </strong>https://whitepaper.mones.io/gameplay/hero-growth/hero-enhancement</blockquote><h3 id="evolve">Evolve</h3><p>Once your hero has reached level 30 and enhanced &#43;5, you can evolve the hero so that they will get to the next star level (max 6 stars). The evolved hero’s level will reset to level 1.</p><p>The process requires Elemental Core that can be acquired from the Dungeon and a certain amount of $MONES token. However, you can increase the maximum level up to 40 by transcending the hero.</p><p>Using the same hero as the main material, you may need Transcend Stone if the material hero’s star is not the same as the Transcend Hero.</p><blockquote><strong>&#x1f4cc; Find instructions on Transcend here: </strong>https://whitepaper.mones.io/gameplay/hero-growth/hero-transcendence</blockquote><h3 id="equip-items">Equip Items</h3><p>This method sounds obvious but it’s super effective to increase a hero’s stats greatly, especially when you have high rarity equipment.</p><p>You can acquire equipment of Hero rarity by grinding at Adventure Chapter 3.
