The Solana blockchain was down for over four hours due to a bug that stopped blockchain production.
Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko said the issue was due to a bug that caused made it so no consensus could be formed.
Currently, Solana is down 11% over the past 24 hours.

<h2 id="header-1">#2. L2 bridges clog from Optimism airdrop</h2>
Many new OP holders have sold their tokens and transferred them back to Ethereum mainnet.
This has caused a lack of liquidity in layer 2 bridges connecting Optimism to Ethereum mainnet, resulting in slow and failed transfers between the two networks.
The OP token's price has declined 70% since it began trading.

<h2 id="header-2">#3. Chipotle restaurants add crypto payments</h2>
Nearly 3,000 Chipotle restaurants across the US will accept 98 cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH and seven US dollar-pegged stablecoins.
The fast food chain partnered with digital payment provider Flexa to support crypto payments.
Crypto adoption in the U.S. remains high despite market turbulence. Merchants have expressed desire to implement payment solutions to capture the growing interest.

<h2 id="header-3">#4. Binance Labs raises $500M Web3 Fund for crypto startups</h2>
Binance Labs has raised $500 million to support crypto startups and drive adoption of Web3 technologies.
The fund represents the first time Binance's venture capital arm has raised capital from outside investors.
The fund will invest in projects spanning three stages: incubation, early-stage development, and late-stage growth.

<h2 id="header-4">#5. Ex-OpenSea exec charged with NFT insider trading</h2>
Nate Chastain, an OpenSea staffer who quit after an insider trading scandal in September 2021, has been charged with wire fraud and money laundering.
Chastain allegedly flipped "dozens of NFTs" after choosing to feature them on the website, selling them for two to five times what he initially paid.
Chastain hid his fraud by making these purchases using anonymous digital currency wallets and anonymous OpenSea user accounts.
