The Trainers Team will therefore be created only by practitioners who implement real specific methods in their organizations.At the moment, LGC is in advanced talks with several global organizations in the implementation of the TWI program and individual elements of the Lean Management philosophy. Therefore, at the beginning of September, we are starting the recruitment of Trainers. We are looking for people who want to develop their personal brand and network. We offer very good financial conditions, great flexibility and cooperation in the part-time model. In addition, our managerial staff provides training courses, materials and covers all organizational aspects of the workshops. We expect the Trainers cooperating with LGC to be very active in the Lean Community by publishing articles on the FreeLIB website, engaging on the Discord channel, building a network of contacts, exchanging experiences. The recruitment of Trainers will take place through the Skiller Network portal, which will be launched in Q3, 2022.
