The European Green Deal is a set of policy initiatives by the European Commission with the overarching aim of making the European Union (EU) to become the world's first “climate-neutral bloc” by 2050. It has goals extending to many different sectors, including construction, biodiversity, energy, transport and food. The objective of carbon neutrality for land transport by 2050 has been translated into French legislation by Mobility Orientation Law (LOM). Current situation for consumers Using charging terminals is often complicated. The user usually has to install up to 20 different applications, each requiring registration. Most of the current chargers are installed in the center of a town or in shopping malls. There are few to none chargers in work and office areas.
