Gael Itier,

Chief Executive Officer & Founder, Gael kick-started his career as an analyst, joining the trail-blazing Equity and Derivatives desk of BNP Paribas in Paris, France. At BNP Paribas, Gael was responsible for overseeing advanced operational projects and developing analytical tools within the Investment Banking division of the group.

Driven by his passion for trading and backed by his advanced skills in Computer Science and Mathematics, Gael ventured into setting up his own venture, focusing on sports betting arbitrage strategies. Establishing his enterprise in the heart of the European tech valley – Sophia Antipolis, Gael concentrated on implementing new advanced arithmetic models dedicated to arbitrage strategies and high-frequency betting.

Leading a high-caliber IT team of Quantitative Analysts, Gael directed efforts towards designing and enhancing various alternative strategies and Quantitative models, with a specific focus on FX and Equity Indexes markets, while implementing modern portfolio allocation methodologies catering to wealthy individuals.

Gael's professional prowess was acknowledged when he won the prestigious “Talents du Trading” award in October 2014, a highly acclaimed French trading contest organized and broadcast by BFM TV. Gael holds a Master’s Engineering Degree in Science, with a Major in Computer Science applied to the Financial Markets, from Ecole Polytechnique in Nice, France.

Jean Yves Guillou,

Chief Investment Officer & Head of Market Research & Co-Founder, Jean-Yves holds a master's degree in Financial Markets from Paris School of Business. With over 18 years of experience as a Global Macro & Forex Strategist at BBSP, he is an expert in technical analysis and trading strategies.

During his tenure with the Automata team over the past 4 years, Jean-Yves has developed a strong expertise in blockchain and tokenization.

Recognized for his achievements, Jean-Yves earned third place at the “Talents du Trading” in October 2014, one of the most prestigious French trading contests organized and broadcast by BFM TV.

Rayn proudly presents its own token, AKTIO, offering users access to enhanced benefits and increased involvement within Rayn platform. AKTIO is a decentralized, peer-to-peer cryptocurrency developed by Automata ICO Ltd. (the "Company") as an ERC-20 standard token, operating on the Ethereum blockchain.

Rayn, which at the time was called Akt.io, held an ICO in 2021. For this ICO, Rayn minted a total of 100,000,000 AKTIO tokens. 32% of those were sold during the ICO and 68% of them were held in the Rayn reserve.

At this date, 43% of the tokens are in circulation, 32% are in the Rayn reserve vest, locked for 60 months until April 2027 and 25% are owned by Rayn.

Out of the 32,000,000 in circulation, 26,000,000 are staked by users, making it 81.25%.

Rayn is on the verge of transitioning their vaults to a fully decentralized model, ensuring complete transparency in their operations.

In collaboration with MIMO CAPITAL, they will integrate KUMA technology (RWA), enabling the inclusion of real assets in the vaults, from government and corporate bonds to real estate investments (RWA). Additionally, Rayn is tokenizing existing IT infrastructure pools for Bitcoin mining and AI rendering, further diversifying their offerings.

In Rayn roadmap, they are preparing to introduce a feature that will allow users to send assets to their friends, enhancing the versatility of the platform and fostering greater user interaction. Furthermore, they are gearing up to offer access to stocks and ETFs Starting by the fourth quarter of 2024 till 2025

To enhance the user experience, Rayn is adding limit orders for cryptocurrency transactions, improving precision and control. Additionally, a dedicated discovery page will be launched to highlight investment opportunities, educational resources, and perspectives related to tokens.

Rayn is also preparing to make the application available in the United Arab Emirates. They are currently working on obtaining the necessary licenses and plan to be available by the end of 2024.
