Markets are currently pricing in a 13% probability of rate cuts recorded in January. However, there is a 52% chance of further cuts in March. This contrasts sharply with expectations just four weeks ago when markets anticipated rate hikes in early 2024. 
As Bitcoin and gold react differently to market forces, investors and analysts alike are closely monitoring these shifts. However, they are keeping a check on the potential underlying factors and their implications for the broader economic landscape. Crypto stocks surge 
On the other side of the market, Crypto linked stocks listed in the U.S. surged on Monday. This surge is built on strong November gains, as Bitcoin surpassed $42,000, marking its highest level for the year. 
Crypto shares registered an impressive rally recently driven by optimism around potential U.S. interest rate cuts. However, the anticipation for the approval of the U.S. stock market traded Bitcoin funds. BTC’s price jumped by 4.1%. This surge has contributed to the positive sentiment.&nbsp; 
Stocks of key players like Coinbase and Microstrategy recorded notable gains, reflecting the broader market enthusiasm. Bitcoin miners, including Riot Platforms, Marathon Digital, and CleanSpark, also posted increases.
