According to numerous media outlets, a crypto millionaire received a threat message a week before his body was found. A group of children found a suitcase on the bank of a river which contained different body parts of the millionaire.&nbsp; 
Earlier this week, Fernando Perez Algaba received a threatening voice note in which the caller said that “I’m going to kill you, I’m going to do something worse to you,” he added, “I’m going to gouge out your eyes and cut off your hands so that you can’t have any more money in your life.” 
He added, “I swear to my children that I have no problem going to jail.” As per an Argentinian outlet Telam, the caller is identified as Iglesias, his surname.&nbsp; 
While playing near the river bank, a group of children discovered a suitcase containing human arms and legs. 
Buenos Aires police identified that the found body parts belonged to Algaba, a 41- year- old cryptocurrency influencer and entrepreneur who had gone missing on July 18. Metro reported that Algaba’s head floated downstream in a rucksack a few days later. 
Police established that Algaba had been shot three times, and his limbs had been “cleanly” removed, something only an experienced criminal could do. Officers apprehended one person in connection with the suspected murder. 
Algaba allegedly accumulated “irrecoverable” debts with Argentina’s tax department and was involved with the Barra Bravas gang, who claimed he owed $40,000. He was also said to owe Iglesias’ son $70,000, which he attempted to get from Algaba. 
Iglesias threatened Algaba in subsequent texts and conversations, one of which lasted 20 minutes, that they would soon “see each other face to face” and slammed Algaba as “not good people because you ruined my son,” who had to medicate himself after being “swindled” by Algaba. 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="strong-are-crypto-millionaires-being-targeted-strong">Are Crypto Millionaires Being Targeted?&nbsp;</h2> 
This is not the first time a crypto Millionaire has been kidnaped and murdered brutally. Earlier on June 2, 2023, <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/07/30/general-electric-stock-bulls-are-unstoppable-in-ge-stock/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">TheCoinRepublic</a> reported that John Forsyth, a ‘Bitcoin Billionaire,’ was found dead in the North-West region of Arkansas the founder of Onfocoin went missing on May 21. 
Forsyth’s family reported him missing the same day. Following the complaint, an investigation was launched in which the police and other concerned authorities found some critical things, including a car, wallet, passport, license, briefcase, etc.
