<p>The DotSama ecosystem&#8217;s two largest networks, Polkadot (DOT) and Kusama (KSM), are now <a href="https://www.ethnews.com/unleash-the-bulls-polkadots-latest-updates-signal-a-potential-rise-in-dot-price/">connected</a> via a seamless bridge using the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) standard of the Cosmos (ATOM) ecosystem. Developed by Composable Finance, the decentralized cross-network bridge, Centauri, enables seamless and trustless movement of funds between the two blockchains, unlocking new opportunities for non-custodial <a href="https://www.ethnews.com/powered-by-polkadot-the-wolf-of-wall-street-goes-blockchain-limited-edition-nft-series-now-available/">exchange</a> of crypto and &#8220;yield farming.&#8221; Currently in open beta, KSM/DOT, PICA/DOT, and DOT/USDT liquidity pools are live on Pablo DeFi by Composable Finance.</p>

<h2 id="first-implementation-of-ibc-standard-outside-of-cosmos">First implementation of IBC standard outside of Cosmos</h2>
<p>Composable Finance&#8217;s Centauri is the first implementation of the IBC standard <a href="https://www.ethnews.com/polkadots-impressive-milestones-boost-dot-price-but-referendum-faces-resistance/">to go</a> live outside of the Cosmos scene. The team of Cosmos is excited by this accomplishment and the possible effects it can have on the cross-chain sphere of Web3 development as a whole.
