Since the proof-of-stake mechanism succeeded in proof-of-work, the<a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/?s&#61;Ethereum" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> Ethereum </a>network has needed validators to lock in 32 ether (roughly $52,500) in order to take part in staking activities and earn rewards.
