🔥LATEST: LayerZero $ZRO Foundation is proposing to acquire the Stargate bridge for $110 million, integrating it fully into its ecosystem.


If approved, $STG token holders can swap their tokens for $ZRO at a ratio of 1 STG to 0.08634 ZRO - currently valued at $0.1675 and $1.94 respectively. The deal also involves dissolving the Stargate DAO and transferring governance to the LayerZero Foundation. To move forward, the proposal needs approval from at least 70% of STG holders after a 7-day discussion period.
