#VitalikButerin Reclaims On-Chain Billionaire Status as $ETH Surges

$ETH co-founder Vitalik Buterin has regained billionaire status with his portfolio now valued at approximately $1.04 billion, according to Arkham Intelligence.

Buterin holds 240,042 $ETH alongside smaller positions in $AETHWETH, $WHITE, $MOODENG, and $WETH tokens.

$ETH climbed another 6.38% on Saturday, reaching as high as $4,332 following Friday's return above $4,000 for the first time since December.

Crypto trader Ted suggests ETH reclaiming its November 2021 all-time high of $4,878 "is just a matter of days now."

CoinGlass data shows that a move to $4,500 would put approximately $1.35 billion in short positions at risk amid speculation of a potential squeeze.

#EthereumETFs saw $461 million in flows compared to $404 million for $BTC #ETFs in recent trading.

Over five trading days, U.S. spot $Ether ETFs recorded $326.6 million in net inflows while #BitcoinETFs posted $253.2 million.

Buterin first became a crypto billionaire at age 27 in May 2021 when $ETH crossed $3,000, though he recently warned against overleveraged #treasury company trends.
