$ETH Accumulation Accelerates as Ether Machine Adds 15,000 Tokens for $57M


The Ether Machine has purchased 15,000 $ETH for $56.9 million at $3,809 per token, bringing total holdings to 334,757 $ETH.


The acquisition now places the company above the #Ethereum Foundation's holdings of approximately 234,000 $ETH.


The purchase was funded through cash proceeds from a previously announced private placement.


The company has $407 million remaining for future $ETH acquisitions as part of its long-term accumulation strategy.


The Ether Machine plans to go public on Nasdaq under ticker ETHM during or after Q4, targeting a $1.6 billion raise.


Co-founder Andrew Keys said the timing coincides with #Ethereum's 10th anniversary celebration.
