Bor layer continued normal block production and transaction processing throughout the downtime.
Block explorers are now re-synced and displaying appropriate network data.
Several RPC providers experienced sync inconsistencies following Heimdall's recovery.
The Heimdall V2 upgrade launched in July, reducing finality times to five seconds.
The platform calls it the "most technically complex hard fork" since its 2020 launch.
