$XRP

XRP network activity is on the decline as large holder transfers raise concerns in the market.

- The XRP blockchain is signaling a slowdown, with a noticeable drop in user activity. In seven days, the number of active addresses dropped from 44,000 to 25,000, indicating a rapid decline after a brief spike in online activity.

this decline in online activity is accompanied by a drop in price: #XRP fell from $ 3.55 to $ 3.16, losing 11%, which worsened investor sentiment.

Traders are watching the support zone around $ 3 as capital seems to be flowing into #bitcoin , reducing interest in altcoins.

Part of the concern is due to large token moves related to #Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen. Since July 17, more than $ 140 million worth of XRP has been transferred to exchanges, spurring rumors of possible sales.

In total, about 50 million tokens have been transferred, some of which ended up in inactive wallets, raising more questions than answers.

While some consider such actions routine, analysts warn that Larsen's remaining funds, estimated at 2.5 billion XRP, could still affect the market with new large transfers.

XRP may need a broader altcoin revival or a catalyst from regulators to regain its position. Hopes remain tied to possible approval of a spot #ETF or resolution of Ripple's ongoing litigation with the SEC.
