#SharpLink Gaming Adds $295 Million in $ETH, Holdings Reach 438,000 Tokens


Nasdaq-listed SharpLink Gaming has purchased 77,210 $ETH worth $295 million, according to on-chain data from Lookonchain.


The company now holds 438,017 $ETH valued at approximately $1.7 billion at current market prices.


Former #BlackRock executive Joseph Chalom recently joined SharpLink as co-CEO to lead the $ETH treasury strategy.


#Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin chairs SharpLink and called Chalom's hiring a "resounding validation" of their approach.


The firm ranks among the largest corporate $ETH treasury holders globally.


Stock closed down 5.7% Friday but remains up 113.9% over the past month and 186.3% year-to-date.


$ETH gained 2.9% in 24 hours following the purchase announcement.
