$BTC and
$ETH ETF Gets #SEC Acknowledgment for Review Process
The Securities and Exchange Commission has accepted Trump Media's application for a combined
$BTC and
$ETH exchange-traded fund.
The proposed fund would offer 75% allocation to Bitcoin and 25% allocation to
$ETH through NYSE Arca-listed shares.
Yorkville America Digital will act as the fund's sponsor for operations.
Truth Social filed the initial S-1 form with the $SEC on June 16 for the dual cryptocurrency ETF structure.
The fund's net asset value will be calculated daily using CME CF
$BTC and
$ETH reference rates from major exchange data.
#Cryptocurrency custody will be maintained in separate accounts from other customers with private keys stored in cold storage.
The acknowledgment comes amid reports the #SEC is exploring simplified #ETF listing structures for cryptocurrency products.
Meanwhile, the SEC has delayed Fidelity's proposed
$SOL ETF decision while opening new public comment periods.
Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart views recent SEC interactions with issuers as positive signs of regulatory movement.
The regulator is reportedly asking
$SOL ETF ssuers to amend and refile applications by month-end for continued review.
