#Tether Veterans Launch $1 Billion Multi-Asset Treasury Through SPAC Deal


Former Tether co-founder Reeve Collins and ex-Blackstone executive Chinh Chu are targeting a $1 billion fundraise for a diversified crypto treasury.


M-3 Brigade Acquisition V Corp will take the venture public while holding $BTC, $ETH, and $SOL across portfolios.


The strategy follows #MicroStrategy's pioneering treasury model, which currently holds 592,000 $BTC worth $63.6 billion.


Over 250 entities, including 141 publicly traded firms, now maintain #Bitcoin treasury positions, according to tracking data.


SPAC issuance surged with 61 offerings raising $12.3 billion year-to-date, compared to 57 deals in 2024.


SharpLink Gaming recently announced a $425 million raise for its $ETH treasury, earning "MicroStrategy of Ethereum" comparisons.


Anthony Pompliano separately unveiled plans for a $750 million SPAC deal through a ProCap public offering.
