$BTC Treasury #Strategy Cardone Capital Adds 1,000 $BTC, Plans 3,000 More


Real estate mogul Grant Cardone's investment firm has purchased 1,000 $BTC worth over $101 million for its treasury.


Cardone Capital becomes the first real estate company to integrate a full #Bitcoin strategy alongside property investments.


The $5.1 billion asset management firm plans to acquire another 3,000 $BTC throughout 2025.


This purchase places Cardone Capital above mining firms Core Scientific and Cipher Mining in total $BTC holdings.


The company launched the 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund in May, combining a 346-unit Miami property with $15 million in $BTC.


CEO Grant Cardone calls the approach "combining the two best-in-class assets" for institutional #treasury management.


The move follows growing corporate adoption of Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset alongside traditional real estate portfolios.
