#SOLStrategies Files for Nasdaq Listing Through SEC


Canadian firm Sol Strategies has submitted Form 40-F documents to the #SEC seeking a Nasdaq exchange listing.


The company would trade under ticker symbol STKE if approved for the $30.12 trillion #marketcap exchange.


Sol Strategies' #stock jumped 4.39% following the announcement but remains down 17% year-to-date.


The firm currently trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker "HODL" with 762 total securities.


Sol Strategies holds over 420,000 $SOL tokens worth approximately $61.32 million as of June 2.


The company reported a $3.5 million net loss for the quarter ending March 31.


Sol Strategies filed a prospectus with Canadian regulators, potentially raising $1 billion for #Solana ecosystem investments.


Cantor Fitzgerald analysts said companies investing in $SOL could benefit from increased financial industry adoption.
