#EricTrump Denies $TRX #Nasdaq Deal Involvement Despite Dominari Board Role


Eric Trump has denied involvement in $TRX founder Justin Sun's Nasdaq listing plans despite his advisory board position at the deal's broker.


"I don't have public involvement" in the reverse merger with SRM Entertainment, Trump posted on social media Monday.


Dominari Securities, where both Eric and Donald Trump Jr. serve as advisors, is brokering the $210 million stock offering.


SRM Entertainment received a $100 million equity investment and plans to rename itself "Tron" while accumulating $TRX tokens.


Justin Sun holds the largest stake in the $TRUMP meme coin and invested $75 million in World Liberty Financial.


Donald Trump earned $58 million from crypto ventures in 2024, primarily from WLFI token sales according to disclosure filings.
