#Trump Media Files for Truth Social $BTC #ETF Through NYSE Partnership


Trump Media & Technology Group has submitted paperwork for a spot $BTC exchange-traded fund called "Truth Social Bitcoin ETF."


NYSE Arca filed the rule change request with the #SEC on Tuesday to list the proposed fund.


Investors would gain exposure to $BTC through regulated stock exchange shares under the proposed structure.


The SEC approved 11 Bitcoin funds last year, creating the most successful #ETF launch in financial market history.


Trump Media plans to invest up to $250 million of its own capital into crypto and energy ETF products.


The company recently completed a $2.4 billion fundraising round to establish a $BTC treasury strategy.


President Trump's business interests include #WorldLibertyFinancial, a crypto lending project launched before the election.


  Truth.Fi represents Trump Media's financial services arm with a heavy focus on crypto and fintech development.
