$TON surged nearly 12% on Wednesday following reports of Telegram's ambitious fundraising plans and AI integration deal.


The Wall Street Journal reported that Telegram seeks to raise $1.5 billion through corporate bonds offering a 9% yield.


Major investors, including BlackRock, Citadel, and Mubadala, have shown interest in the bond issuance.

The messaging app reported $540 million in profits on $1.4 billion revenue in 2024, marking a significant turnaround.
