$ETH Co-Founder Transfers $262M to #Kraken


According to #Arkham Intelligence, #Ethereum co-founder Jeffrey Wilcke transferred 105,737 $ETH worth $262 million to #Kraken before quickly redistributing to multiple wallets.


The #Ethereum co-founder, who left in 2019 for gaming ventures, withdrew the funds to 8-12 newly created addresses within an hour of the deposit.


On-chain data shows 104,746 $ETH moved through 7 different withdrawal addresses, suggesting redistribution rather than liquidation.


This follows Wilcke's previous 20,000 $ETH transfer to Kraken in November 2024.


$ETH movements of this magnitude often trigger market speculation despite appearing to be portfolio management.
