#SOON Rollup Announces Community #Airdrop After $22M NFT Raise


SOON token distribution has gone live on #Binance Alpha following the successful mainnet launch of the #Solana Virtual Machine-based layer 2.


The project allocated 8% of the total supply, or 80 million tokens, to community members and early supporters through the airdrop.


SOON raised $22 million via "COMMing SOON" NFT mint with participation from Hack VC, ABCDE, Hypersphere and SNZ Capital.


The protocol uses decoupled SVM architecture instead of the standard Ethereum Virtual Machine to boost blockchain transaction speeds.


CEO Joanna Zeng said the team overcame internal friction between security-focused and community-focused development approaches.


The total supply distribution is as follows: 51% community, 25% ecosystem, 10% team, 6% foundation/treasury allocations planned.


The network expanded beyond Ethereum to include Base and #BNBChain integrations for broader ecosystem reach.


SOON serves a dual purpose as a native ecosystem asset and governance token for the #Layer2 protocol.
