$ETH Surges 50% Weekly as Crypto Market Rallies


$ETH has jumped more than 8% over the past 24 hours, pushing its seven-day gain beyond 50% as the second-largest #cryptocurrency breaks through the $2,700 level.


The remarkable price action follows the successful #Pectra network upgrade designed to increase Ethereum's speed and efficiency.


Tuesday's surge coincided with favorable U.S. inflation data showing April's CPI rose just 0.2%, potentially opening the path for Federal Reserve rate cuts.


Other #altcoins joined the rally with $SOL rising 5%, while $DOGE and $SHIB each gained almost 4% as $BTC traded above $104,200.
