#Strategy has purchased 13,390 additional $BTC for $1.34 billion at an average price of $99,856 each.


The company's total #Bitcoin holdings now reach 568,840 $BTC worth over $59 billion at current prices.


This acquisition was funded through sales of common stock and #STRK preferred shares between May 5-11.


Strategy's average purchase price across their entire holdings now stands at $69,287 per $BTC.


#MSTR shares traded 2% higher in pre-market hours following the announcement.
