Fifth Burn Claim Meets a Public Ledger Check

The project posted on October 14, 2026, that it completed a fifth token burn. The post cites 295,980,861.54 tokens and links to anEtherscan transaction. This Apeing presale news report checks those details against the public record.
Etherscan shows the transfer succeeded at 10:04:47 UTC on October 14, 2026. No exchange listing has been confirmed, so no market price exists to react to it. The token sale itself continues in Stage 8.

The figure matches the last decimal. The null address has no owner, so coins sent there leave circulation. By our arithmetic, the amount is near 1.77% of the 16,750,000,000 supply listed in the whitepaper.
That match supports the headline number in this Apeing presale news item. Readers can search block 26190025 to confirm it. The record does not show:

Which allocation the units came from

What triggered the call

Anything about the four earlier events

Two Routes the Whitepaper Allows

The whitepaper says unsold tokens are removed automatically through the smart contract when a stage ends. It also reserves 4% of supply, or 670,000,000 tokens, for community incentives, airdrops, and discretionary burns.
The route matters for supply tracking. An automatic stage-end removal reflects unsold sale tokens, while a discretionary cut reflects a project decision.
The post does not say which route applies. Etherscan lists a direct call from the deployer wallet, with no label for its purpose. Readers of Apeing presale news can compare both routes against any project explanation.

Sale Dashboard Readings for Stage 8

The dashboard lists these readings for Swing Addicts:

Entry cost: $0.0007 per token

Next step: $0.00075

Holder count: 490

Total raised: $121,369

Progress bar: 62.41%

Countdown: 5 days and 10 hours when checked

Like other crypto presale offerings, this one sets prices by schedule, as in earlier rounds. A cut like this does not change that schedule.

Expert Take: Supply Cuts Versus Verified Facts
A burn lowers supply, yet it does not set value on its own. Demand, trading access, and liquidity matter more once an exchange lists it. The whitepaper plans a decentralized exchange debut in Q1 2027, when trading is planned to begin.
In the project’s favor, it shared a transaction link, which lets anyone verify the size. Gaps remain on the allocation and the trigger, and only one of five reported events was checked here. Any Apeing presale news that cites supply cuts should name its on-chain source.

Conclusion: Verified Size, Open Questions

The explorer supports the size and the destination in the post. It leaves the source allocation, the trigger, and the earlier events for the project to explain.
Readers can search the transaction hash and confirm the sender, function, and amount themselves. The next Apeing presale news item to watch is a project note on those points or a confirmed exchange. Until then, Stage 8 continues on its fixed schedule.
