BlockchainFX markets BFX as the token behind a multi-asset trading super app. But the official site still says the platform is in beta. This BlockchainFX News report sorts utility into what is live, what is beta and what cannot yet be verified.
The question matters for investors. Utility claims only count if the product works as described.

What the Official Site Says About Beta

The official BlockchainFX site says the platform is "currently in beta." It also describes a licensed exchange, access to 500+ assets, Solidproof team KYC and a "Best New Crypto Trading App of 2025" award. Those are the site's own claims.

The whitepaper says holders earn daily staking rewards in BlockchainFX and USDT from up to 70% of trading fees. Earlier the app was about to launch on January 31. The beta label remains on the site.

Price reflects trading, not product status. This BlockchainFX News check found no independent confirmation of the 500+ asset claim.
The fee model is described as 50% to staking and 20% to buybacks, with half the repurchased tokens burned. One project says rewards are paid daily and, elsewhere in the same release, weekly. The sources reviewed do not show which applies, and no payout record was found.

What Investors Should Verify About BlockchainFX Utility

Before relying on any BlockchainFX utility claim, investors can check:

Whether the app is open to the public or limited to beta testers

Whether BFX staking is available to holders after the token launch

Whether any fee-sharing payout is documented in the app or on-chain

Which company issues the Visa card

Which BlockchainFX contract address is official

On the last point, earlier project material listed 0xD0d8…445e, while market pages now show 0x87aD…83D2. The sources reviewed do not explain the difference.

The Bottom Line

This BlockchainFX News review finds a product the site itself calls beta, and utility claims that are mostly project-stated. Only token trading and a conditional claim page show visible activity. Staking, fee sharing and the Visa card remain unverified, so investors should treat them as plans until payouts or issuers are documented.
