These two factors influence whether a cryptocurrency’s price rises or falls. Each cryptocurrency, including Shiba Inu, has its unique ‘tokenomics’ structure.</p>

According to multiple sources, Shiba Inu started with a circulating supply of 1 quadrillion SHIB, suggesting a <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="price" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/price.html">price</a> as high as $0.000249833 on that day.</p>

At that time, Shiba Inu registered a $54.223 billion capitalization, the second-highest value on <em>TradingView</em>. An inverse calculation suggests a circulating supply of around 662 trillion.</p>

 <p class="paragraph">Let’s explore SHIB’s supply deflation and its economic implications. Shiba Inu has a circulating supply of 589.346 trillion SHIB as of the time of this writing. This results from a supply deflation of 410.66 trillion SHIB (41%) since May 2021 and 72.66 trillion SHIB (11%) since October 2021.</p>

 <p class="paragraph">The price projection also shows the massive economic effects of this deflation. In case the meme token reaches any of its highest speculative demands, measured by market cap, SHIB would trade at a proportionally higher price than the corresponding all-time high.</p>
 <p class="paragraph">Considering the circulating supply on November 24, Shiba Inu would be priced at $0.000424 per token at its highest capitalization. Interestingly, a surge of $0.000175 (70%) from the previous price of $0.000249 in 2021.</p>
 <p class="paragraph">Additionally, this indicates a potential 5,200% increase from the current price of $0.000008.</p>
 <p class="paragraph">It is important to understand that the forecast requires the same demand as 2021 for Shiba Inu. In this context, there are no guarantees that this demand will ever be seen again. The discrepancy on the considered all-time high must also be considered, as the highest capitalization could have been a price anomaly.</p>
 <p class="paragraph">Moreover, the Shiba Inu smart contract allows for a supply increase at any moment. In case it ever happens, the supply inflation will drastically affect SHIB’s performance.</p>
