While Bitcoin has experienced sudden declines one after another in recent days, these declines included intense sales by Bitcoin miners, BTC transfers by the German government and Mt.Gox Bitcoin refund announcement. 
While BTC was trying to recover after a fall below $ 59,000, a new BTC sale came from the German government. 
According to Arkham Intelligence data, the German Government transferred 400 Bitcoins worth approximately $24.34 million to Coinbase and Kraken. 
According to Arkham data, the German government currently still holds $2.84 billion worth of BTC.

As it is known, the German Government has recently transferred BTC to various exchanges, including Coinbase and Kraken. 
While the German Government's Bitcoin transfer does not seem to affect the BTC price, BTC continues to be traded at $ 60,800 at the time of writing.
