However, the amount remained undisclosed but the investment indicates the growing popularity of Catizen in the crypto landscape.&nbsp;

Catizen is a Telegram-based GameFi asset that allows you to earn money by playing the game and operates on The Open Network (TON) blockchain. At press time, the TON price was hovering at $6.96, after an intraday surge of 1.21% with $17,495,004,047 in market cap and $210,175,194 in 24-hour volume.&nbsp;
Ricky Wong, co-founder of Pluto Studio, revealed that Binance Labs' investment was part of an equity, strategic II round. Discussions with Binance Labs began recently, and the round was closed last week.

Catizen is among a few projects like Hamster Kombat, PixelTap, etc, that expanded their strong roots in the crypto world instantly. The platform has rapidly grown to approximately 25 million players, including around <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency-news/catizen-ton-ecosystem-web3-gaming" title="1.5 million on-chain gamers" class="f-link" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">1.5 million on-chain gamers</a> and over 500,000 paying users worldwide.
Moreover, it has 2 Million X followers and approximately 5 Million channel subscribers.
As the Telegram mini-games are making waves in the crypto space, Pluto Studio is also planning to release additional <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency-news/catizen-simplified-telegram-game-launch" title="Telegram mini-games" class="f-link" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Telegram mini-games</a>. The studio has already contracted 18 games, set to be launched in the coming months.
<h4>Citizen’s CATI Token Launch Date</h4>
Catizen's native CATI token will be launched "soon." CATI token holders will benefit in several ways, including receiving a share of the revenue from the mini-game center and having a portion of the revenue allocated to the treasury for token buybacks to stabilize the price.
Additionally, CATI holders will be able to stake their tokens to earn rewards from other games and will be eligible for airdrops when Pluto Studio introduces Open Task and integrates with other projects in the future.
