The 2026 speaker lineup mixes research, big tech, and public institutions. Among the confirmed speakers: Daphne Koller (Founder and CEO, insitro; co-founder of Coursera), Zico Kolter (board member of OpenAI, Chief Scientist at Gray Swan), Mark Papermaster (CTO and EVP, AMD), Harrison Chase (CEO and co-founder, LangChain), Audrey Tang (Cyber Ambassador of the Taiwanese government, former Minister of Digital Affairs), and Anu Talus (chair of the European Data Protection Board).

Topics on the agenda

The ten tracks cover AI safety, sovereign AI, enterprise adoption, cutting-edge research, startups, investment, and creative industries. The regulatory section holds an important place this year: the presence of the chair of the European Data Protection Board is explained by the entry into force, since July 27, 2026, of a first set of amendments to the European AI Act, the details of which are closely monitored by the EDPB. A topic Cointribune has already covered from the angle of the enforcement of the AI Act, which increasingly overlaps with the convergence between AI and crypto, present in several summit tracks dedicated to computing infrastructure and finance.
