DOVER, Del., September 4, 2026 — UK Financial Ltd today announced the completion of its acquisition transaction involving 14 HAPPY 2 MINE placer mining claims in Pinal County, Arizona, United States, together with the completed tokenization and Ethereum deployment of all 14 claim-specific digital assets under THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT.
The acquisition represents the first completed phase of a much larger real-world-asset strategy. UK Financial Ltd intends for the assets associated with THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT to become part of the broader asset framework supporting the company’s current and future blockchain projects, tokenized assets and Launchpad Series initiatives, while the company continues pursuing additional substantial gold and real-world-asset acquisitions.
The August 2026 NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Happy 2 Mine Project describes the exploration property as a 320-acre site in Pinal County, Arizona, approximately 25 miles east of Eloy. The report states that, as of August 2026, the current market values attributed to the project’s gold, platinum, palladium and rhodium reserves were in excess of $2 trillion when calculated using a 90% recovery rate, with referenced assays showing recovery rates of 90%–95%.
The report further states that the NW claims showed reserves in excess of $1 trillion after the addition of palladium and rhodium values, with the NE claims bringing the combined figure to in excess of $2 trillion.
UK Financial Ltd emphasizes that the approximately $2 trillion figure is a project-level technical-report valuation reference, rather than a guaranteed realizable market value of any individual H2M token.

<h2 id="uk-financial-ltd-challenges-the-real-world-asset-question">UK FINANCIAL LTD CHALLENGES THE REAL-WORLD-ASSET QUESTION</h2>
UK Financial Ltd said the completion of this acquisition makes the continuing debate surrounding its classification as a Real World Asset project increasingly difficult to understand.
The company has been developing asset-backed blockchain projects since the establishment of The Maya Preferred Project in 2018, yet it says it continues to face questions from CoinMarketCap regarding RWA classification and the verification and updating of reported supply information.
UK Financial Ltd maintains that it has supplied extensive blockchain evidence, publicly viewable corporate-wallet information and supporting verification materials while continuing to request that the relevant market-data information be updated.
<blockquote>
 “At some point, classification has to follow the evidence,” said James Dahlke, President and CEO of UK Financial Ltd. “We now have 14 additional real-world mining-claim assets acquired and tokenized on Ethereum, supported by a technical report referencing more than $2 trillion in precious-metal value. We have spent years building asset-backed blockchain infrastructure. Whether a third-party market-data platform chooses to recognize that immediately does not change what exists in the contracts, the wallets or the underlying documentation.”
</blockquote>
Dahlke continued:
<blockquote>
 “This is the same market-data platform that has continued to question our Real World Asset classification and has still not updated our reported figures despite the blockchain evidence we have provided. Since 2018, we have consistently maintained that the publicly circulating amount of Maya Preferred PRA was under one million tokens, and we have continued building the on-chain evidence supporting that position. We said we would prove what we built, and we intend to continue doing exactly that.”
</blockquote>
<h2 id="chainlink-verification-is-part-of-the-next-stage">CHAINLINK VERIFICATION IS PART OF THE NEXT STAGE</h2>
UK Financial Ltd intends to expand its verification strategy further by using Chainlink infrastructure and verification workflows in connection with the assets associated with LTNS1 and the 14 HAPPY 2 MINE tokenized assets.
The objective is to provide additional independent, blockchain-readable evidence connecting asset information, token contracts, corporate wallets and future custody structures.
Richard Crespo, Vice President &amp; Senior Partner Of UK Financial Ltd. Stated:
<blockquote>
 “We are not asking the public simply to take our word for it. Our objective is to put the contracts on Ethereum, place the assets into transparent on-chain structures and use verification infrastructure capable of making the underlying information independently examinable. We kept our word before, and we intend to do it again.”
</blockquote>
And Richard Crespo added:
<blockquote>
 “Even though we are not Bitcoin — the asset UK Financial Ltd says it backed with gold in 2019 — we will not allow anyone to hold this company back from proving what we have built.”
</blockquote>
<h2 id="the-next-phase-the-maya-gold-project-master-vault">THE NEXT PHASE: THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT MASTER VAULT</h2>
With the acquisition and 14-token deployment phase completed, UK Financial Ltd will now proceed with the next stage of THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT.
The company plans to create and deploy THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT MASTER VAULT, followed by its Master Deed NFT control structure.
Following deployment, binding and verification of that architecture, UK Financial Ltd intends to transfer the designated H2M tokenized assets into the Master Vault.
The planned structure is:
14 HAPPY 2 MINE CLAIMS → 14 H2M ETHEREUM CONTRACTS → MASTER VAULT → MASTER DEED NFT → ON-CHAIN ASSET AND VERIFICATION INFRASTRUCTURE
UK Financial Ltd intends to make completion and funding of the Master Vault the subject of a separate announcement once those transactions have actually occurred.
<h2 id="uk-financial-moonshot-token-the-legacy-asset-token-of-the-launchpad-series">UK FINANCIAL MOONSHOT TOKEN: THE LEGACY ASSET TOKEN OF THE LAUNCHPAD SERIES</h2>
UK Financial Ltd also said the acquisition is expected to strengthen the broader asset strategy surrounding the company’s UK Financial Launchpad Series, particularly its original legacy project, the UK Financial Moonshot Token.
Under the structure established by the company, the UK Financial Moonshot Token has been designated as the legacy asset token of the UK Financial Launchpad Series, with assets associated with future Launchpad Series projects intended to contribute to the broader asset framework connected with the original Moonshot ecosystem.
The company believes that creates an extraordinary contrast between what is being built and how the market presently values the Launchpad Series.
At an approximately $180,000 market capitalization cited by the company at the time of this announcement, UK Financial Ltd considers Moonshot one of the most significantly undervalued projects within its ecosystem.
<blockquote>
 “How can an ecosystem be completing an acquisition tied to a technical report referencing more than $2 trillion in precious-metal reserves, deploying 14 individual tokenized assets on Ethereum, preparing to add substantially more gold, and yet have the legacy token of its Launchpad Series valued at approximately $180,000?” Dahlke said. “That is the disconnect we believe the market has not yet understood.”
</blockquote>
UK Financial Ltd said THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT is not intended to represent the end of its acquisition strategy.
<blockquote>
 “We intend to add substantially more gold and additional real-world assets across future transactions. Every completed acquisition adds another layer to what we have spent years building. THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT is not the end of that strategy. It is the beginning of its next stage.”
</blockquote>
THE MAYA GOLD PROJECT — ACQUISITION COMPLETE. 14 CLAIMS TOKENIZED. 14 ETHEREUM CONTRACTS DEPLOYED. THE MASTER VAULT COMES NEXT.
