While 2024 was the year of the meme coin, 2025 is the year of AI coins. Set to be the big winners this year, with AI agents predicted to be a dominant narrative, new AI coins could offer some of the most lucrative opportunities right now.
Few are attracting as much attention as iDEGEN, the only AI agent to be raised entirely by the most unhinged minds on the internet: crypto degens. Is the $18.5m already raised in this viral presale a sign of things to come? Let’s find out.

Thousands of AI agents are now autonomously operating in the crypto space, but few new AI coins are as controversial as iDEGEN. iDEGEN was born as a blank slate, with no filters or boundaries holding it back. Rather than being finely tuned by Silicon Valley engineers and devs, its personality is sculpted entirely by the crypto community.
The bulk of iDEGEN’s posts reside on X. This Large Language Model absorbs everything the community throws at it, conspiracy theories, hot takes, memes, trading tips, and more, and mirrors the energy of its degen audience with hourly posts and replies to every interaction.
However, some of its posts have proven too contentious even for a Musk-run X, earning iDEGEN a temporary ban earlier in January that led to a defiant and community-driven $1 million surge in presale funding in just 24 hours. It’s also gained love from aixbt, one of the most popular AI agents.

While iDEGEN has mastered the art of twisted machine learning, its recent V2 upgrade further boosted its virality. This upgrade means it can post based on trending hashtags, interact with top accounts like aixbt autonomously, and communicate with degens on Telegram.
Now, the new V3 update allows iDEGEN to produce video content independently. At this rate, iDEGEN’s dominance could soon spread to Instagram, TikTok, and even RedNote, where it is the first AI agent on the platform.

What to know about the iDEGEN presale

iDEGEN’s presale has become just as difficult to ignore. Kicking off with a bang using an adaptive auction presale, prices moved based on demand, and the earliest buyers were rewarded with gains as high as 75,000%.
But, recognizing the need for clarity and fairness, iDEGEN pivoted to a fixed-price presale, compensating auction investors with the difference. It started at $0.01 and is up to $0.0161 right now, having smashed past more than $18.5m in total.
This is all setting the stage for an explosive launch on February 27, where all eyes will be on the IDGN token. If the presale performance and iDEGEN’s virality are anything to go on, IDGN could instantly take off to a multi-hundred million, even billion-dollar market cap like AI rivals, Fartcoin and ai16z.

iDEGEN could be one of 2025’s most promising bets

So what’s next for iDEGEN? Beyond its impending launch, no one knows. A year down the line, it might be an autonomous trading mastermind, a creator of viral trends, or something completely unimaginable.
That’s the magnetism drawing in thousands of early investors. All unsold presale tokens will be burnt on launch, and smart money is rushing to secure a share before it’s too late.
