Binance founder Changpeng ‘CZ’ Zhao has confirmed to attend the Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai on Oct 30-31. This will be his first public appearance after release from jail.
CZ was sentenced to four months in prison in April for violating the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) by failing to set up an adequate know-your-customer (KYC) program at Binance.
