OKX has officially announced the launch of two new perpetual contracts, MOODENGUSDT and NEIROUSDT, available across web, app, and API platforms starting from October 3, 2024. Launch Schedule:

 <li>The MOODENGUSDT perpetual contract will begin trading on October 3, 2024, at 5:00 PM (UK time).</li> 
 <li>The NEIROUSDT contract will go live on the same day at 5:15 PM (UK time).</li>

Details on the Contracts:

 <li>MOODENGUSDT Perpetual Contract: Inspired by a popular baby hippo, Moo Deng, from a zoo in Thailand, MOODENG is a meme coin that has gained significant popularity due to its unique animal-themed branding.</li> 
 <li>To ensure fair trading conditions during the launch, OKX will impose a temporary funding rate cap for the MOODENGUSDT contract. The cap will be set at 0.03% until 7:00 AM (UK time) on October 4, 2024, after which it will return to the standard rate of 1.50% by 11:00 AM (UK time).</li>
