<p>Degen (DEGEN) token recorded a significant price surge today, following an important Coinbase listing announcement. The crypto exchange revealed that it added the token to its coin listing roadmap.</p>

<p>DEGEN saw a surge in its price above $0.01, up by over 142% in the past 24 hours. At the moment of writing this article, DEGEN has a total market cap of over $155 million.</p>

<p>Ahead of today’s price surge, the coin has a relatively linear trajectory until September 19, when it started rallying, along with the rest of the crypto market.</p> 
<p>During the past 7 days, DEGEN token saw a slight downward price trajectory, and it traded at $0.004 ahead of its rally debuted on October 1, following Coinbase’s announcement.</p> 
<p>DEGEN reached its ATH on April 1, 2024, above $0.054. The coin was launched on March 25.</p>

<p>In an official <a href="https://x.com/CoinbaseAssets/status/1841189113837281603" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">announcement</a> shared via X yesterday, Coinbase announced the addition of Degen (DEGEN) to its coin listing roadmap.</p> 
<p>Degen (DEGEN) was added to Coinbase’s list of assets on Base network. The DEGEN contract address listed by Coinbase is: 0x4ed4e862860bed51a9570b96d89af5e1b0efefed</p> 
<p>The team at Degen also shared the <a href="https://x.com/degentokenbase/status/1841239683323351217" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">announcement</a> via X, saying that the coin is getting listed on Coinbase Spot trading, becoming the 4th Base token.</p> 
<p>The exchange’s announcement also included more assets to its listing roadmap:</p> 
<ul> 
 <li>Assets on Ethereum (ERC-20 tokens): QCAD (QCAD), Across Protocol (ACX), and EigenLayer (EIGEN)</li> 
 <li>Assets on Solana (SPL tokens): io.net (IO)</li>
