In a significant event over the past few months, cyber attackers have resurfaced, leaving everyone astonished. Several high-profile brands’ X accounts were compromised, including Lenovo and Yahoo, among numerous others. The attackers are using these hacked accounts to share information related to <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/bitcoin-price-drops-below-60000-despite-strong-start-in-july/" data-wpel-link="internal">cryptocurrency</a>.

Crypto investors are urged not to interact with the contract addresses shared by these attackers. In a recent post, ZachXBT stated, “Some major companies’ accounts on X are currently breached, and they are broadcasting a meme coin scam.”

When asked how such significant accounts were breached simultaneously, ZachXBT responded with a question.

So far, the scammers have managed to inflate the <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/flokis-critical-report-and-negative-news-from-santiment/" data-wpel-link="internal">token</a>‘s value to $67,000. The lack of risk appetite among investors, along with the token’s name being HACKED, might be what protects them. Zach recommends removing untrusted and unused applications from the Settings -&gt; Security and account access -&gt; Apps and sessions or Connected apps section.
