<p>“We allege that the true state of affairs as of February 10, 2022, was that the project was not ‘progressing well,’ contrary to ASX’s announcement,” Longo stated. The Australian Securities and Investment commission’s move to file a lawsuit represents a critical effort to hold ASX accountable for what they consider serious mismanagement and misrepresentation.</p>
